This 350
seat staff restaurant was an in-depth refurbishment of a 10 year old
facility. It involved reducing the existing kitchen size by bringing
the 'finishing' cooking out onto the service counters. A unique aspect
of this facility is the deli counter that revolves through 90º
to accommodate different trading conditions.
